# CargoDocs Process Overview

CargoDocs follows best-paper processes for managing electronic bills of lading.  For a carrier there are two sub-processes:

CargoDocs also enables carriers to undertake the actions as per paper such as:

* Manage Amendment Requests or Splits of an eBoL.
* Void an eBoL.
* Convert an eBoL to Paper.
